Generisk Praziquantel - Biltricide, Albenza, Rifadin, Tegretol

Praziquantel is an anthelmintic or anti-worm medication. It prevents newly hatched insect larvae (worms) from growing or multiplying in your body. Praziquantel is used to treat infections caused by Schistosoma worms, which enter the body through skin that has come into contact with contaminated water. Praziquantel is also used to treat infection with liver flukes, caused by a type of worm found in East Asia. This worm enters the body while eating contaminated fish. Praziquantel should not be used to treat parasitic infections in the eye.

Rifadin är en antibiotika som bekämpar bakterier och motverkar att de sprids i din kropp. Rifadin används för att behandla turberkolos (TBC). Rifadin kan också användas för att minska somliga sorters bakterier i näsan och halsen som kan leda till hjärnhinneinflammation och andra infektioner. Rifandin förebygger att dessa bakterier sprids, men medicinen kan inte användas för att behandla en pågående infektion.

Generic Tegretol is used for controlling certain types of epileptic seizures. It is also used to treat severe pain of the jaw or cheek caused by a facial nerve problem (trigeminal neuralgia).
